This recipe for gluten-free pasta in a traditional Italian pesto sauce will make you fall in love with pasta all over again! It’s deliciously simple and can be prepared by anyone in just a matter of minutes!
2 Cups of Schär Gluten Free Penne Pasta (Boiled)
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup of Pesto Sauce
4-5 Tomatoes Chopped in Halves
2 Tablespoons of Lactose Free Milk
3-4 Basil Leaves
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon of Italian Spice
1 Teaspoon of Shredded Parmesan
Add oil and garlic in a hot pan and sauté until the garlic becomes golden brown. Add tomato halves and sauté further. Next, add the pesto sauce, spice mix, and lactose-free milk and allow the sauce to thicken. Then add in the Schär Gluten Free Penne Pasta and mix well. Finally, toss in the basil leaves and garnish with fresh parsley and shredded parmesan.
