Gluten-Free Fusilli Pasta in Red Sauce

This recipe for gluten-free pasta in a traditional Italian red sauce will make you fall in love with pasta all over again! It’s deliciously simple and can be prepared by anyone in just a matter of minutes!

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Schär Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta (Boiled)

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

2 Cloves of Minced Garlic

1 Freshly Chopped Red Chili

1/4 Cup of Red Pasta Sauce

2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste

2 Tablespoons of Lactose Free Milk

3-4 Basil Leaves

1 Teaspoon of Chopped Parsley

1/4 Teaspoon of Italian Spice Mix

1 Teaspoon of Shredded Parmesan

Method:

Add the oil and garlic in a hot pan, then add red chillies and sauté. Add in the tomato paste and red pasta sauce and sauté further until the oil separates. Next, add in the Italian spice mix and lactose free milk. Mix well until the sauce becomes creamy. Finally, add in the boiled Schär Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta, mix well, and garnish with parsley and shredded parmesan. Serve while hot with a fresh garden salad or gluten free garlic toast, and voila – a gluten free meal fit for royalty!
